Refund Policy and Payment Information

Refunds

Among the Services offered by TheeMemoryAstrologer.com are: birth chart, Oracle and astrology readings; solar return guidance and Oracle guidance; five card guidance pulls; and periodic check-ins and updates. Due to the labor intensity and specific nature of the offered Services, they are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.  If we are unable to perform a Service, or we cancel BEFORE your scheduled time, then you will be entitled to a full refund. You also will receive a full refund if you cancel your Service request NO LATER THAN SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment.  You can cancel your Service via email at: theememoryastrologer@gmail.com. If YOU cancel your scheduled service less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you only will be refunded 75% of your payment to cover the cost of the preparation time required to prepare for each individualized Service provided.

In most cases any refunds will be returned to the original form of payment tendered and are subject to the processing time of the merchant account. Most PayPal payments go back within 24 to 48 hours, Stripe transactions generally take 3 to 5 BUSINESS days.

Accepted Payment Methods

For online readings Thee Memory Astrologer (TMA) accepts all major credit cards, and PayPal. All payment transfers take place through a third party platform (either PayPal or Stripe) so please make sure you are familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for those sites. Thee Memory Astrologer is not liable for any mishandling by third party platforms.  Only cash and credit cards are accepted for in-person services. For services requested to be delivered via non-electronic mail, personal checks will be accepted. If you submit payment via check, you will not be placed on the schedule until your check clears. Should your payment be declined or fail to transfer properly you will be liable for a 25% fee in addition to the original amount due.

Payment Security

TMA takes precautions to protect your information. TMA protects information using the Squarespace platform domain’s SSL certificates with HSTS enabled to improve security. SSL secures connections and prevents hackers from impersonating you or stealing visitors’ information. 

 

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (e.g.  credit card information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage.

 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted  access to personally identifiable information.  The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.  This is all done to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.
